This is the way most shops would do this procedure, even though guys who work in driveline shops may roll their eyes. They would say you should reset the crush washer tension to reproduce the preload between the two bearings underneath. With the diff already installed, that's not so easy. Even though the torque spec on the pinion nut is really high, the final position for the nut is the more critical factor. So, just be certain that the exact same number of threads are still present after you're done, it's not so critical the white line you drew lines up exactly. Some would turn it a hair tighter to account for natural wear of surfaces internally.

I think my flag isn’t set high enough on the back of my suv because my flag like won’t blow straight the wind coming over the top pushes it the opposite way toward the suv . 😩

OK … I have bought a 2019 C7 Grand Sport with the stock performance exhaust and a 2019 Mustang GT with a stock performance exhaust. When I have both of them in TRACK mode the Mustang is way louder especially when just driving around. BTW … the Vette exhaust with NPP only has the butterfly valves in the outer two exhaust tips. The inner tips have no valves.

i know this is a long time after the video was posted, but by chance do you remember how you were able to get the top section of teh dash removed without removing the bottom half? or if you did remove the bottom half first how did you get teh top half off?

And word to the wise. Do NOT pull on any strut assisted door. Move it to the point the strut kicks in and let the strut do the work. Your struts will last MUCH longer. It’s what they were designed to do. Pulling on them blows the seals You’re welcome.

I found that to properly and easily adjust the air conditioner belt. You're going to have to remove a bolt from the front Wishbone. Then you can easily move the motor forward, to get to the bolt that has the tension on the air conditioning pump . You might as well change the back three cylinder spark plugs will you have the motor mount undone.

There is a very easy way to take out the instrument cluster. I did a video on it a few days ago. I watched yours and didn't want to tear out the top part of the dash. It literally took me 15 min to get it out.

Is possible you can take off the button bumber on the front if you want too ??
